At Creatuff Rugs, we aim to make shipping simple, affordable, and transparent. All rugs are handmade-to-order and ship out within 3–4 business days unless otherwise stated.

We offer both Standard and Express shipping.

Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days)

Free For Orders $75+
Standard Shipping | $4.20

    Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

    Express Shipping | $8.50 (2-3 Business Days)


    📬 Processing Time

     

    All rugs are handmade and require 3–4 business days to create before shipping.

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

     

    🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

     

    Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

    • Standard: Typically 4-7 business days
    • Express: Typically 2-3 business days

    📦 Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive:

    • A tracking link to monitor your package

    Creatuff Rugs is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

     

     

     

    🚨 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

     

    Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Creatuff Rugs is no longer responsible for the shipment.

    If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are always happy to assist in guiding you through next steps
