Refund policy
At Creatuff Rugs, every rug is handmade and custom-created for your unique order. Because each rug is made to your specific design, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom rugs.
No Returns or Refunds
All rugs are produced to order. Once your purchase is confirmed, materials, design work, and production time are reserved specifically for your rug. For this reason, we cannot offer returns, cancellations, or refunds unless the product arrives with a verified defect.
Defective or Damaged Rugs
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want your rug to arrive in perfect condition.
If your rug arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement.
To report an issue, email us at support@creatuffrugs.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- Photos of the outer packaging, if damaged
- The delivery date
Once reviewed and verified, we will remake and send you a replacement rug at no cost.
Important Notes:
- Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
- Slight variations in color, design, or sizing due to handmade craftsmanship are normal and do not qualify as defects.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances for custom-made rugs.
